Our Concept
Mella Regency Holdings owns and manages the concepts and trade-name rights for Signature Nail Bar, Organic Nail Bar, and Hello Gorgeous Nail. Nail Spa Leasing and Development Group screens and prepares strategically selected, well-capitalized licensee operators and coordinates salon development from preparation through opening. Each approved licensee operator invests in, owns, and operates their own salon business under a Mella concept.

We bring concept development, financial discipline, and practical guidance together to help licensee operators turn a larger vision into a thoughtfully planned salon. Each approved licensee operator owns and leads their own business. We stand behind our concepts through strategic preparation and continued involvement. Our purpose is to elevate the licensee operator’s investment while supporting the landlord’s long-term confidence in the tenancy.
The experience behind our approach
A founder’s perspective.
My background includes approximately five years in finance, where I worked as an auditor for an investment company. I later moved into entrepreneurship, launching, managing, and growing businesses with a focus on spas and restaurants.
That experience gave me a practical understanding of investment, construction decisions, and day-to-day operations. I know how much a licensee operator commits when they decide to build a salon, and why preparation matters before construction begins and long after the doors open.
Today, I bring both perspectives to Nail Spa Leasing and Development Group. They shape how we evaluate financial readiness, coordinate development, and help licensee operators make informed decisions with clarity and confidence. They also shape how we present each approved licensee operator and concept to landlords who need a tenancy built to last.

With 22+ years of experience across more than 100 locations and 34 states, Mella Regency Holdings brings institutional retail perspective to salon development. Nail Spa Leasing and Development Group connects that perspective with operator screening, concept development and practical site strategy.
We work with licensee operators who invest in, own and operate their own salon businesses under a Mella concept. From location preparation through design, engineering, construction coordination and opening, we help bring the concept and the development process together with experienced, appropriately licensed professionals.
