Construction of Signature Nails Spas This project involved the creation of a 3,000 square foot luxury build-out for a national spa chain. As our organization’s flagship for spa concepts, it features pedicure rooms, manicure bars, make-up bars, hairstyling rooms, and treatment rooms. The luxurious finishes, consistent with the national brand, include extensive millwork packages, mosaic tile work, and wall treatments.
